Well after 23 hours of travel I finally made it to Cape town, South Africa! The house we have here small, cold, cozy, and did I mention small? But it is so African! Our place is a small cottage in the backyard of a wonderful property. The cottage used to be the maid quarters – back when there was a maid. And all said and done it is a quaint place that has already brought back many memories of my time spent here.

It might look like a hallway, but this is my room / living room / office.
To fight off my jet lag myself and another leader named Travis headed out to climb up Lions Head today. It was a perfect day to go hiking and a great way to see Cape Town from above.
