A couple weeks ago I headed up to Chico, California where Tessa & Dave live. I’ll be shooting their wedding in May and we wanted to get some great shots of them before the rain and winter hit us. It was a great day and we had a lot of fun heading out to a local park, grabbing their bikes, and capturing some great memories. I can’t wait to shoot their wedding next year!

I also photographed the Wright family a couple weeks ago and had a blast. It’s been over a year since I last did a session with them and I love seeing how much their kids are growing up! It’s always tough getting the kiddos to smile, but just towards the end of the session a small lizard saved the day and the kids loved playing with it for a few minutes. I bet they forgot I even had my camera with me!

It’s dangerous hanging around the Puccinelli family. Because they make you want to have children. Seriously. Their little boy Zach is the happiest kid & full of personality. And if he cries, most of the time all it takes is a hug and some milk….or a nap. I’ve been photographing Zach since he was in Kelly’s belly. Getting to document the stages of his growth and it’s so fun to see. So I warn all those people out there who don’t want to have kids. Stay far away from the Puccinelli’s. Especially Zach.

A few days ago I blogged about the Bethell family and the photos I took of them. I ended up taking photos of 6 families that day so my blog will be filled with mini sessions for the next couple weeks. But that’s fine with me! It was great to see the Badgers again and spend some time photographing them. Elijah is growing up fast and boy does he have some energy. It was hard keeping up!
